Goldfish
Protein needs to be below 30%, needs to be
around 20-25%
Goldfish shouldn't eat any fruits, starchy
vegetables, flake food and floating food
Goldfish are grazing fish, eating floating
food causes air buildup and can lead to
swim bladder issues
Goldfish do well on vegetable based
protein, not an animal based protein
Goldfish are vegetarians, despite what most
people feed them
Goldfish, like most fish, get most of their
energy from fats not carbohydrates
Goldfish are not high energy fish, to much
of this( especially from meaty foods)
causes fatty liver build up, bloating and
other digestion related issues
Goldfish can actually produce gas if they
are not kept ful from continually grazing,
that's why small frequent meals are more
important then less frequent large meals
You can naturally brighten the color of your
fish without feeding foods with artificial
colors
